Creating an account does not start an assessment. You complete an assessment only after an organisation invites you. Use the secure link in that invitation. If an invitation has already been sent to this address, it will appear in your account once you confirm the address.

Your results go to the organisation that invited you to complete the assessment. Only people authorised by that organisation can see them. Kern does not send you a copy.
