We will email you a link to confirm the address. An account is where your results arrive and where you can export or delete everything we hold about you.

It does not start an assessment on its own. You sit one when an organisation invites you, using the link they send — and if you have already been invited at this address, that assessment appears here once you confirm it.

Your results go to the organisation that asked you to sit this. A named person there reads them before any decision is made, and you get your own copy.
